True North Boxes also offer the opportunity for you to try out different small businesses that you may not have the opportunity to come across in your everyday shopping experience.

WHAT WILL I FIND IN MY BOX?
Always a comforting surprise, and because we love and support the small business owner you will find a number of hand-crafted, lovingly made and unique items from Canadian Small Business owners. So think, home décor, things to wear, things to smell, things for your body and things to love and sometimes something to eat!. And if you choose a box from our TRUE NORTH Candle Experience - then you will always find all natural, artisan made candles in each box along with complimentary gifts for a real candle experience!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
If you are a subscriber to our seasonal boxes then you can expect to find an exciting surprise on your front porch during the month of March, June, September and December. Our bi-monthly boxes are shipped August, October, December, February, April, June.... We try our best to ship within the first 10 days of each month.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
It's free if you can choose the free delivery option. We make deliveries in the Niagara Region only: Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Vineland, Welland, Fonthill, Port Colborne & Fort Erie (and all the places in between!) Otherwise we offer a flat rate shipping fee within Canada!
CAN I RETURN MY BOX OR ANY PRODUCTS INSIDE?
We truly hope that this is something that you never have to consider, however, if something is damaged during shipping then please let us know and we'll happily replace the damaged item for you. But other than that - sorry no returns … but honestly, you won't want to :-)
